Privacy, in plain English.

Last updated September 19, 2026. This page describes what this website — and, as of this update, our mobile app — actually does. No legalese. A formal policy will accompany our commercial agreements.

What we collect when you fill out a form

Exactly what you type: your name, company, email, phone, what you're interested in, and — if you use the scorecard — the numbers you entered, so your demo call starts from your math. Booking a time also creates a calendar event with a Google Meet link, which means Google processes the invitation to your email address.

What our analytics collect

Our analytics are first-party and cookie-less. We record page views and button clicks with the page name, referring site, and campaign tags if present. Instead of tracking you individually, we store a one-way daily hash for rough visitor counts — it can't be reversed into your identity, and it changes every day. No advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, no cookies.

What we do with it

We reply to you, prepare your demo, and understand which pages are useful. That's it. We don't sell or share your information with anyone, and submitting a form signs you up for exactly zero newsletters — you get a personal reply from a human.

What we don't do

How long we keep it

Form submissions and booking records are kept as sales records while we might work together. Analytics events are aggregate counts with day-scoped hashes and hold no personal identity to delete. Ask us to delete your submissions at any time (below) and we will.

Who processes data for us

Calendar bookings are created in Google Calendar, so Google processes the invitation sent to your email under their terms. The website and its database run on infrastructure we control. We don't embed third-party advertising or social-media trackers.

Google Account access — what it's for, and only for

If you're a customer, connecting your Google Workspace account lets AI Office power specific, visible features inside your own account. Depending on which features you turn on, that can include: reading and writing events on your calendar (so Albert can see and schedule your appointments), backing up your customer list and job numbers to a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive (a copy you own and can revoke access to at any time — we don't keep a second copy of it in our Drive), sending and reading email through your connected mailbox (so Albert or the Inbox Guardian can draft, send, and triage messages on your behalf), and, if you use the Mikayla marketing tools, posting to your Google Business Profile or your YouTube channel.

We only use Google user data to provide and improve the feature you turned it on for — never for advertising, never to build a generalized profile of you, and never sold or shared with anyone outside what running that feature requires. No AI model is trained on your Google data. No person at AI Office reads it except when you ask us for support on something you connected, or where we're required to by law. Each connection is scoped to the minimum access that feature needs, it's tied to your own company's account (not pooled with any other customer's), and you can revoke it at any time from your Google Account's own permissions page or from inside AI Office — revoking removes our stored token immediately. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we protect data, especially sensitive data

Everything between your browser or app and our servers travels encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Google OAuth tokens and other connected-account credentials are encrypted at rest (Fernet/AES) in our database, not stored in plain text, and are looked up per-company — one tenant's connection is never used to serve another tenant's request. Access to a company's own data inside AI Office is restricted to that company's own logged-in users by role; our own staff don't have standing access to customer data and only open a specific account with your knowledge, for support you requested or a legal obligation. If you disconnect a Google account or delete your AI Office account, its stored tokens are deleted, not just marked inactive.

Our mobile app

Everything above is about this website. If you're a customer using the AI Office app on your phone (iOS or Android), here's what that app does — it's the same account and the same servers as the web version, just with a few extra permissions a phone can offer that a browser can't:

None of this is used for advertising, sold to anyone, or shared with third parties beyond what's needed to run the app (like Apple or Google delivering a push notification). It's only ever visible inside your own company's AI Office account.

Children

This site is for contracting businesses and isn't directed at children under 13; we don't knowingly collect information from them.
